Soon he was promoted to head pressman and then moved on to several other local print shops, mastering all phases of the printing process. Along the way, he learned this most important lesson: In order to be a successful printer you must first invest in the best people, and then in the finest equipment.Family Owned and Operated Since 1984In January of 1984, Garrity Printing was opened in the family’s garage. Within months, they outgrew the place. In two years time, they were selling a half-million dollars in printing services and needed even more space. It was at this time that Pat’s wife, Roseann, joined the company to oversee day-to-day operations, freeing Pat to concentrate on printing and sales.Today Roseann Garrity is the President of Garrity Print Solutions and the company has expanded throughout the Southeast including a new office in Atlanta, Georgia in addition to the New Orleans headquarters. August 2005Like many others, the company was hit hard by Hurricane Katrina. We have invested in updating our damaged property and upgraded our presses with the very latest technology and we are proud to be a thriving New Orleans-based business creating jobs and opportunity along the Gulf Coast and Southeast: Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas.The Evolution of Our Printing BusinessAs we have expanded both geographically and in our service offerings, we’ve evolved into Garrity Print Solutions.
